Clearline privacy

Clearline is a sports research site. It works without an account, and it collects as little as it can. This page says exactly what that is.

If you join the updates list

We keep your email address, the date you signed up, which page you signed up on (NFL or NHL), and the wording you agreed to. Nothing else from the form. We don’t record your IP address with it.

We use it only to write to you about Clearline: updates, and first access when real prop prices launch. We don’t sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own use. The list is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts the site.

Visiting the site

• We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views, countries and device types in total. It uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you.
• Like any website host, Cloudflare handles your IP address to deliver the pages and to block abuse. We don’t use it to track who you are. The sign-up form reads it only to slow down anyone flooding the form, and never stores it.
• Your browser may remember small things on your own device, like that you’ve signed up, so the page can say so. That stays on your device.

Removing yourself

Email [email protected] with “remove me” and we will delete your address from the list. Every email we send will say how, too.

Changes

If this changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date. If we ever want to use your email for something other than what’s written here, we’ll ask first.
